I value the experience and professionalism of Dr. Steil and am thankful for the good care I receive from her. My only frustration is that every time I come for an appointment, I arrive on time, but it’s consistently anywhere from 35 to 45 minutes later before the doctor comes in. After the interview I’m left in the room to wait…and wait…and wait. Yesterday the door was closed and the air conditioning was running hard. Before too long the room felt like a refrigerator when you’re just sitting there doing nothing. I eventually opened up the door and stood in the doorway because it was warmer in the hall. An associate did come in and close the air vents, but it was still 45 minutes after my appointment time when Dr Steil calms in to see me, seemingly unaware or unconcerned about keeping me waiting. I would not complain if this was just one time, but this is something I’ve come to expect if I want to see Dr. Stiel, which I do, but this waiting time is frustrating.

Dr. Bognet is a great dermatologist.
Have been going to their practice for over 4 years now. Love the fact that she is very easy going and only recommends what is necessary to do and keeps an eye out on areas that might be a concern down the road.
