CANCELLATION POLICY
24 Hour Notice is Required (unless otherwise specified) to cancel or change an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hrs, you will FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment reservation.
NO SHOW POLICY
Any patient who does not show up for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay an additional deposit, prior to their scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled medical appointment. If you cancel outside of the 24 hour notice, a non-refundable deposit of 50.00 will need to be made in order to schedule future appointments.
