Heather Smid is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Cosmetic Laser Technician with more than five years of experience in advanced skincare. She became a Licensed Aesthetician in 2012 and earned her cosmetic laser certification in 2020. Her passion for skincare began as a teenager when she experienced acne and later dealt with PCOS-related breakouts, which continue to challenge her to this day.
Through these personal experiences, she was inspired to learn more about skin health and dedicate her career to helping others overcome similar struggles. She remains committed to staying up to date on the latest technologies and treatment techniques to provide the highest quality of care to every patient she sees.
Heather's approach to every patient combines technical expertise with compassion, creating a comfortable and supportive environment. She listens to each patient’s concerns, evaluates their skin needs, and develops customized treatment plans to help them reach their goals.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys makeup artistry, strength training, traveling with her husband and spending time with her family, friends, and cats.
